These fine homes sold at prices ranging from $490,000 for a 3-bedroom, 2-storey semi-detached home to $2,850,000 for a custom built 3-storey home on a fantastic 50 by 174 feet lot. Only two semi-detached homes were sold, the second one a recently built, wide 2-storey semi selling for $900,000.
