41 detached houses sold at an average price of $1,094,082, ranging from $566,000 for a bungaloft in Blake-Jones, sold as land value only, to $2,821,000 for a stately Victorian residence with a large detached garage and a swimming pool in North Riverdale.
Seven detached houses sold below asking, with 94% of the listing price the lowest. Five houses sold for full price, and for the remaining 29 the ratio of sold to list price ranged from 103% to 143%.
84 semi-detached houses sold at an average price of $916,982, ranging from $530,000 for a 2-bedroom house without parking in Greenwood-Coxwell area to $1,570,000 for a 3-storey 4-bedroom house with a studio-garage off a back lane in North Riverdale.
Eleven semi-detached homes sold under asking, with the lowest ratio of sold to list price of 90%. Six were sold for a full asking price, and the remaining 67 sold between 103% and 153% of the listing price.
23 townhouses sold at an average price of $760,009, ranging from $540,000 for a 2-bedroom house with parking of a back lane, but with major structural issues, to $1,310,000 for a large, renovated Victorian house with lane parking. Both of these homes were located in South Riverdale.
Eight townhouses sold below the listing price, with the lowest ratio of sale to list price of 94%. Two sold for full price, and for the remaining 13 that ratio ranged from 101% to 131%.
