The prices ranged from a low of $482,000 for a bungalow on a busy street to a high of $901,000 for a beautifully renovated house in South Riverdale on a quiet one-way street. Average sold to list price difference was 112%, ranging from 96% to 135%.
34 houses sold below the asking price, 17 received full list price, and 106 sold above listing. That means for every home that sold at or below the list price two sold above.
