Residences of The Kingsway

The development was started in 1912, but the World War I and inadequate transportation slowed down its progress. Once the Bloor Street bridge was built over the Humber River, the home sales in the Kingsway began in ernest. Home Smith designed the homes in The Kingsway to resemble English country residences.
